Registration Board
The Registration Board is an independent board that oversees the Register of Asset Management Professionals. It ensures that the Register of Asset Management Professionals is delivered effectively to provide a satisfactory experience for applicants. The Registration Board also ensures that the criteria are reflective of the standard expected of a professional working within asset management and are applied fairly and consistently.
The Registration Board is accountable to the Board of Management.
The Registration Board has sole responsibility for:
- The development and review of the Register of Asset Management Professionals to ensure it is fit-for-purpose
- Ensuring that processes used in the production, delivery, updating, and quality assurance of the Register of Asset Management Professionals maintain its integrity
- Overseeing the awarding of registration to successful applicants
- Producing reports for the Board of Management as required
- Making arrangements for the hearing of any appeals against the Register of Asset Management Professionals procedures and decisions
