International Women’s Day this year is themed ‘Choose to Challenge’. As part of the asset management community, we have had many previous discussions about why diversity and inclusion are important to the profession, and now we want to discuss how we are making the needed improvements, and what we can all do to help drive progress.

On this panel discussion featuring international speakers we considered:

• How do you ‘Choose to Challenge’? What are the fear factors or blockers that prevent people from challenging to drive progress?
• How do we make change happen in the Asset Management community?
• What are some examples of positive steps and good practice, and how can we all learn from them to become allies in our everyday working lives?
